  • Hive Gamer is getting an upgrade!

Another 1U on its way to IL to join the Colony of Hive Servers. However this bad boy is for Hive Gamer!

This is the new home for Hive Gamer, As she says her goodbyes from WV and get's ready to embark on her journey to IL in the next few days. Where she'll be joined with her fellow worker bees @ the Hive colony rack in Chicago. Where this little worker bee can shine with premium unrestricted bandwidth, 100% Uptime SLA, and all the resources it could need. Our Hive Gamer Live Chat Room will benefit greatly from this move as well as other aspects thought the site. Just one more step to show the community how committed we are to raw performance and reliability here at Hive Gamer and The Hive Network....

What this move offers is 100% Uptime SLA, Third party SSAE16 and SOC2 audited services, 100% network uptime, and 100% power uptime SLAs for your peace of mind.
This move will further improve speed and reliability while also virtually eliminating downtime. Due to the lack of infrastructure here in West Virginia the redundancy and performance aspects of the server were a concern. We now have multiple top-tier ISP redundancy including Level(3), NTT Communications, Internap, and nLayer at an unlimited 100Mbps synchronous network connection, full-scale battery back-up, standby diesel generators, and more.
Clients will now be able to send and access files and emails faster than ever before, host more high definition media content, stream videos, and more at blazing speeds and without interruption. Check out these before and after network speed tests:

    Server Spec's
    Supermicro - H8SGL-F
    AMD Opteron 2.8GHz - 8 Core

[The Hive] The Hive Gamer Gaming Client, Inspired by Mplayer.

Our software will not only rekindle that old memorable feeling. It will also lead its own path in the 21st-century. Not familiar with Mplayer? Mplayer.com by 1998, was a free online PC Gaming service and community that operated from late 1996 until early 2001. It was literally the greatest PC gaming times to date.

There's been so many companies that dropped the ball, We feel that the PC gamer is left with wanting more. Something that will captivate them many years. Let's face it with the way they pump out games nowadays gamers have what I like to call GADD "Gaming Attention Deficit Disorder" We all have it -_- We believe the glue lies within the community and with every community need to have that one unique niche that separates you from all the rest.
